Hildebrando is the partner responsible for civil and commercial litigation, he has 14 years of experience advising national and international clients in shareholders conflicts; corporate minority rights; commercial bankruptcy; commercial arbitration and judicial intervention in arbitration.

He also advises corporations of several trades, at directors’ level, for finding solutions for daily problems, in civil and commercial cases, as well as complex situations deriving from the ordinary course of business. Among his daily clients are Cinépolis de Mexico; Grupo Multimedia Lauman; Promotora y Operadora de Infraestructura (PINFRA); El Financiero newspaper; Grupo Aldesa (Mexico); Football Club Necaxa; and Innovasport.

Hildebrando has focused a large portion of his practice in specific cases of precautionary measures; annulment trials and opposition in shareholders meetings; lease controversies; construction related litigation; international arbitration and, special procedures regarding commercial transactions and arbitration.
